DBA should have experience in troubleshooting performance & tuning scenarios. 3. DBA should be expert on all version of Windows operating systems. 4. DBA should been expert in clustering , mirroring & Always ON technology. 5. DBA should be expert on replication technology. 6. DBA should have knowledge or flexibility to work on UNIX based open source database technology such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. 7. DBA should be a team player and experience in handling and working with both L3 and L2 resources. 8. DBA should have knowledge on other database technology such as PostgreSQL , My SQL. 9. DBA should be expert on installation and migration of database. 10. DBA should be flexible to work in multiple North America timing & on-call etc.. 11. DBA should be able manage the team by delegating work and sharing the knowledge of the account within team. 12. DBA should be certified professional on MS SQL database technology. 13. DBA should have working experience on ITIL based tools & processes such as Change , Incident management , SRT handling etc.. 14. DBA should have good communication skills and client facing experience.. 15.
