Position: Sharepoint Admin/Developer with Workflow Location: Owing Mills, MD (Need Local or nearby MD) Duration: 1 Year Contract Rate: $45/hr (Not Negotiable) In-Person Interview may be required after phone screen.. Primarily this resource would be focused on the replacement and refinement of the workflow for DSY (Hardware Placement System). The target platform for the replacement workflow is the Sharepoint tool set, and a good understanding of Sharepoint, its underlying authentication and task oriented environment are critical. The resource will need to work closely with the existing DSY team to fully understand the flow of requests, where improvements can be made, and interfaces for the user groups needs to be improved DSY uses two home-grown tools to manage requests through our workflow and track equipment in 30 sites. We have grown beyond the abilities of the workflow tool originally designed as a temporary solution to major move efforts in 2000. The need to restructure the workflow environment to meet today's increased complex needs and to relate the DSY workflow to integrate with like efforts of NTS, MTS, Storage and CNS is our main focus for the year.
