Position: Technical Project Manager - Oracle - Required
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Duration: 9 Months - Extendable
Rate: $55/hr
Job Description:
-Responsible for all project communication, both informal interaction and
formal via project artifacts.
-Accountable for routinely and consistently reporting project updates and
status to the appropriate Business and IT audience.
-Lead the project team via collaborative facilitation methods.
-Primary point of contact between, the business, IT technical resources, and
any external vendors where applicable.
-Coordinates among cross functional teams to identify challenges, document
changes required, and manage the implementation of the resulting solution.
-Responsible for the identification, documentation, and immediate communication
of show stopping issues to all team members and affected leadership.
Manage, Design and Build Activities:
-Understand the business case and work within given constraints.
-Review and approve requirement documents, deliverable definition, scope, and
deadlines with the project team.
-Develop and manage a dynamic project plan that is congruent with the TPM
artifact requirements to ensure successful project implementation.
-Manage resources task activities throughout the design and build phase for
resources assigned to the project
-Continuously monitor the project, uncover project risk, and initiate
activities to ensure conformance to documented project deliverables.
-Review and approve design of project deliverables to ensure business
requirements are met fully.
-Develop, validate and manage the project budget including approval of external
invoices and internal resource costs.
-Responsible for reporting regularly to the program manager, when appropriate.

-PL/SQL (<1 year)
