I am unable to make contact, after multiple attempts, with the contributor who 
offered fixes for

6467345 mknod(2) doesn't do enough validation of mode parameter
6299491 O_NOFOLLOW doesn't return the expected error

I've removed oss-request (there was no oss-sponsor yet) from the bugs, and am 
requesting these bugs be moved to the suspended list.
