The docs are kind of thin in that regard.
I've just added a bug report as http://bugs.caucho.com/view.php?id=2325.
The LDAP authentication is just a trivial wrapper around the
LdapCtxFactory of JNDI. So there's no special logic, unless those
names are already supported by LdapCtxFactory.
