1.Install configure and troubleshoot Oracle and Grid
Infrastructure on multi node RAC cluster with 11GR2 (11.2.0.4)

2.Rolling upgrade of Oracle and Grid Infrastructure on multi
node RAC cluster with 11gR2 – Precisely from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4

3.Strong hands-on experience in managing RAC/RAC1 databases.

4.Need to apply the latest patch in a rolling fashion for both
the Clusterware home and Database home to confirm compliance to various
versions of oracle databases.

5.Install configure and troubleshoot 12c OEM.

6.Expertise on SQL Plan Management (SPM) and DB profiles.

7.Monitor database performance, diagnose performance problems,
and tune the database as necessary. Investigate, gather diagnostic data
for, and report to Oracle Support Services any critical database errors.

8.Configure and manage memory allocation and adjust as needed.
Calculate optimum values for database parameters such as amount of computer
memory to be used by database.

9.Troubleshoot and monitor database integrity and performance
using EM12c.

10.  Hands-on experience with of Oracle Data Guard replication
setup, maintenance and troubleshooting for high Availability.

11.  Manage all aspects of the physical database including
schema’s, DDL, users, security, etc. in development, UAT and production
environments

12.  Support DBA utilities, reorgs, index builds, etc. and DBA
tools, Oracle Enterprise Manager, etc.

13.  Uni-directional and Bi-directional replication with Oracle
Golden Gate is a plus

14.  Migrate a Non -RAC database to RAC with RMAN and Logical
backup.

15.  Proven ability in UNIX shell scripting, PL/SQL coding and Perl.

16.  Experience in Disaster Recovery activities

17.  Coordinate the implementation of technical controls to support
and enforce defined security policies

18.  Experience with IBM AIX, Linux, SUN Solaris UNIX operating
systems.

*Job Description*:
* Works with multiple technology teams, operations and client stakeholders
to deliver technology enabled services and solutions

* Acts as a 'bridge' between various client stakeholders and internal O
personnel to ensure correct capture and full understanding of the expected
solution deliverable including business rationale, scope, key requirements,
assumptions and constraints

* Responsible for managing end to end project management activities such as
leading requirements gathering, scope management, project planning,
milestones tracking, , project reporting, issue / risk identification and
other project documentation preparation

* Ensures the work of the project, including requirements and deliverables,
are clearly defined. Works closely with internal application development
teams, Operations and testing/QA teams

* Proactively identifies emerging issues/risks and assesses mitigation
options and escalates (as needed) in a timely fashion

* Controls the project, in part, by leveraging formal change management
process.

* Confirm project success criteria and managing accordingly.

* Manage stakeholder communications & participation

* Leads internal and client status meetings for projects; facilitates risk
mitigation and resolution of more complex issues.

* Works closely with functional resource managers to ensure adequate
allocation of resources to in-flight / upcoming projects

1. Prior experience in planning, managing and completing complex operational
and systems integration/implementation project

2. Must be able to interact with internal O stakeholders, peers and
clients in a fast paced environment

3. Knowledge of system development life cycle a must (Agile experience is
preferred)

4. Detail oriented, self-motivated,  team player with strong project
management / planning skills

5. Strong collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Ability to work effectively across distributed teams

7. Understanding of various asset classes (i.e., equity, fixed income, ETDs,
OTCs), fund structures, transaction types within each asset class and their
proper reflection in Accounting and other applications

8. Knowledge of Middle Office domain (trade processing - listed and OTCs,
portfolio accounting, collateral administration and management, corporate
actions, reconciliation, cash projections, operational and client reporting,
performance analytics, and data/information delivery) helpful
