*Ideal candidate would have previous CTL experience with a focus on
Program/Project Level - IT Skills*


Scope: Will be working on IT based projects, interacting with billing
systems and different applications. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall
methodologies is a big plus.

*Top 3 skills on resume:*

1. *Knowledge of Clarity PPM and CA Agile Central (Rally) tool.*

2. *Familiarity with SAFe agile desired.*

3. *(Previous CTL experience or telecom experience is a big plus),
please ensure this is documented on resume.*

*Interview: One 30-60 minute phone screen. If needed a second 30 minute
phone screen.*

Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle and
maintenance methodologies, software process improvement efforts; experience
working on IT projects with multi-national team members preferred.
Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of Agile/Scrum
methodologies preferred.
Strong analytical abilities (e.g., problem solving, mathematical,
conceptual and research skills) that translate detail-oriented analyses
into recommendations that address big-picture issues.
Effective use of the following MS Office tools - Excel, Word, Project,
PowerPoint.
Definite pluses include cross application interface tracking, PMP
certification and a strong track record of delivering software projects
from inception to deployment.

The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading strategic and tactical
projects that impact a specific application or suite of related
applications. This role requires skilled execution of the following key
tasks and project elements:
