Overview:

Tableau BI Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing 
processes, 
queries, and layouts for reporting and displaying business or operational 
results 
from structured data in relational databases. The client is building a class 
2 medical mobile device for patients with bi-polar, schizophrenia and 
depression. 
The product is in FDA review and we are looking to help our client with data 
visualization. Their tool of choice is Tableau and it will be used to either 
(a) Create custom reports and dashboards (b) Modify and administer changes 
to existing reports and dashboards and (c) architect data visualization 
strategy 
to maximize the usage and decision making associated with data coming through 
the system. The information will be used by client management as well as 3rd 
party clinical support call centers

 

Requirements:

1.    Must have 3-5 years of experience in analyzing data from, and 
querying relational databases, building reports and presentations in 
BI/Analytics 
reporting tools 

 

    * Converts business requirements &  specifications 
into Tableau presentation {reports & dashboards} and data layer application 
solutions through effective design, coding and testing to enable and support 
managing operating systems related to inventory, cycle time, quality, and 
productivity 
visualizations. 

 

    * End-to-end Tableau Designer (v9+) 
expertise from dashboard design/development to deployment/maintenance. Hands-on 
skills with use of action filters, user filters, advanced navigation 
techniques, 
Level-of-Detail (LOD) expressions

    * Hands-on skills and deep 
experience 
working with the latest Tableau Server version, its Administration and the 
Maintenance. Experience working with Extracts, Live datasets, managing access 
privileges. Familiarity with Tableau SDK architecture

 

2.    Design reporting and presentation tables from a variety of data 
sources, both static or live streaming

3.    Perform data analyses on, or discovery new uses for existing 
data sources

4.    Design and implement statistical data quality procedures for 
new data sources or its derivative

5.    Must be able to report findings from data creatively in a variety 
of tabular and/or visual formats that appropriately provides insights to the 
organization

6.    Ability to prepare concise internal documentation on 
chart/dashboard 
development and revisions. Prepare user documentation and FAQs for operational 
instruction manuals as required

7.    Conveys problems, solutions, updates and project status to peers, 
customers and management. Develops and maintains program, systems and user 
documentation

8.    Experience leading a sizeable web-based analytics project using 
Tableau will be a plus

9.    Tableau certification will be a plus

10.  Healthcare experience will be a plus.

The overall responsibilities of this position include defining the technical

Key Responsibilities:

Ø  Writes Technical design, PL/SQL packages, use cases and technical

Description:

Ø  Looking for an SAP resource who knows SAP Yard Management and Warehouse 
Management.

Ø  Responsible for leading plan, analyze, design and implementation of 
integrated 
enterprise SAP solutions and enhancements to existing solutions while 
maintaining 
knowledge of market best practices and industry trends in areas of Application 
design and delivery.

Ø  Collaborate with the BIS/IT (Business Information Solutions) Process Leads, 
Solution/Enterprise architects, Business Process Partners, SAP Functional 
Specialists 
and non-SAP application architects to ensure alignment with the integrated 
solution to be delivered to meet business process requirements. Identify 
opportunities 
for improvement specific to area of expertise.

Ø  Leads and directs functional teams which may represent on- and off-shore 
resources to implement, maintain, improve, and support solutions according 
to agreed BIS/IT strategy and plans.

 

 

Required Skills:

Ø  3-7 years SAP with WM and YM experience 

Ø  SAP Supply Chain Mgmt - 4 year(s)

Ø  Preferably automotive industry background 

Ø  Good understanding of complete YM process, should have been involved in 
all phases of implementation. 

Ø  The analysis includes the specification of the implementation approach, 
functional integration scenarios, context diagram and information flows. 

Ø  Detailed specification of development requirements system design /

Ø  System Design defines how the solution described in the system proposal 
is to be built technically. 

Ø  Organizational and physical structure (warehouse structures and YM)

Ø  You will function as the Senior SysOps Engineer to help lead the build, 
automation and monitoring of the current Walmart ecommerce infrastructure 
platform, 
your mission will be to help architect, create, and design a reliable, secure, 
scalable environment to provide the best experience for end users.

Ø  You will do this as part of a team of System Engineers that will work 
closely 
with other engineering teams to build an IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) 
platform on the current Walmart ecommerce infrastructure platform

Ø  You should have a passion for producing quality deliverables in a timely 
manner. You will be working in a fast paced (Agile) environment.

 

 

 

You must possess a minimum of 5 year experience in a production environment, 
supporting at least 1000 physical or virtual Linux/Solaris systems with recent 
hands-on experience in:

Ø  RedHat package creation and repository management w/Kickstart

Ø  Solaris Sparc  x86 Jumpstart w/JET experience

Ø  Core system services: BIND, Sendmail, NTP, NFS, etc.

Ø  Web servers (Apache) and application frameworks (Ruby on Rails, Tomcat, 
JBOSS, etc.)

Ø  System and Application Logging: syslog-ng, Splunk, etc.

Ø  Source code management: GitHub, Subversion, CVS, etc.

Ø  SQL or NoSQL databases: MySQL/MariaDB, Postgres, MongoDB, CouchDB, etc.

Ø  You must have extensive experience automating and monitoring infrastructure 
deployments using modern scripting languages (Python, Ruby) and configuration 
management tools (Puppet, Chef, CfEngine, or Bcfg2) and command execution 
frameworks 
(Fabric, Mcollective, or Capistrano) and automated imaging tools (PXE, 
Kickstart, 
Jumpstart, Cobbler, Orchestra)
