Responsibilities:
The User Experience (UX) Designer / Front-End Developer will:
- Create high-level and/or detailed user interface specifications
consisting of deliverables such as wireframes, navigation designs, user
flows, user interaction rules, and working prototypes to effectively
communicate design ideas from concept through final design
- Design user interfaces with the goal of optimizing and enhancing user
efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction
- Assist in the front-end implementation of product solutions and
enhancements
- Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, potential
usability challenges, and details of the UX design process to team members
and clients
- Define solutions from the user’s perspective while effectively balancing

The SQA Analyst is responsible for developing, executing and maintaining
test cases to ensure the design requirements are being met for the client’s
Test Drivers and other supporting applications. The analyst works closely
with the agile software development team clearly communicating status and
blockers.
REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Math or Engineering, or
equivalent education and experience.
2+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing.
Proficiency with reading and writing XML.
Ability to organize, track and test application features based on specified

Proven ability to find bugs by using a test-to-break approach and not just
