Our client is seeking to engage a talented, technologically-savvy business
analyst. You will be responsible for eliciting, specifying, and validating
solution requirements for projects involving web and smartphone technology
development with access to customer data. Additionally, you will be
responsible for tailoring the requirements approach to the existing Agile
software development process using Scrum.
*Basic Qualifications*
- Minimum 5 years professional experience as a business analyst or
programmer/analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical, engineering or related field (Computer
Science preferred)
Managed healthcare experience, with an understanding of relevant
codesets (example: ICD-9)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to summarize requirements artifacts and create customer
proposals
- Experience with iterative methodologies such as the SCRUM methodology
- Demonstrated excellence in capturing functional and non-functional
system requirements
- Solid understanding of Use Case Analysis
- Experience in using UML to help capture domain models or system
requirements
- Knowledge of utilizing business process analysis (e.g. Six Sigma) to
elicit system requirements
- Understanding of how to effectively utilize requirements management
tools
- Knowledge of iterative requirements management
- Exceptional consulting skills, with excellent written and verbal
communication skills and ability to give effective presentations to
customers
- Prior presentation or training experience useful
