Someone who knows what to do if a JavaScript error issue shows up on a Web browser- Like “object not expected” they need to know how and why the web page is not loading… *Web Developer 6* Along with the operations support team, the web support engineers manage the production needs associated with 50 ASP.NET and .NET applications that provide services to over 3,000 retail branch offices. The main responsibilities of the web support engineer include quickly diagnosing and resolving defects associated with moderately complex to complex intranet applications. After resolving the defect, the support engineer will coordinate the release of the software into the production environment. The support engineer will work closely with operations support and product managers to establish the priorities of issues and provide regular feedback. The support engineer should be able to recommend process improvements related to defect resolution.
