Re: new review cannot be created with 2.5.6

2016-06-03 Thread Ľuboš Koščo
OK
I am back to 2.5.5 with
easy_install -U ReviewBoard==2.5.5
rb-site upgrade /var/www/reviewboard
service apache2 restart
service memcached restart

Can someone verify that NEW REVIEW works properly on 2.5.6 ?
(since obviously for me it isn't working)

Re: Search doesn't work

2015-03-25 Thread Ľuboš Koščo
Same thing here, same install
searching for a bug number, e.g. 18757268

workaround is to search for 18757268
or for bug:18757268

though it could be a bit more user friendly and not throw http 500

did someone file a bug to improve this?

Re: Search doesn't work

2015-03-25 Thread Ľuboš Koščo
Thnx Christian
I filed
https://code.google.com/p/reviewboard/issues/detail?id=3820thanks=3820ts=1427275247

Can you reproduce it ?
Or it's local to my install?
Ubuntu 14.04 + apache is the server hosting your code, if needed i can
provide server settings
Note that apache runs under user www-data , so search crontab is run under
www-data, the rest of cron is run under root though
(by the rest I mean just session cleanup
0 1 * * * /usr/bin/python /usr/local/bin/rb-site manage
/var/www/reviewboard clearsessions
)
I verified permissions to search indexes and they are valid.

 We'll get this fixed for the next release.

 It *shouldn't* be hitting the code path it's hitting in your case, but
 clearly it is. I have a fix prepared. Feel free to file a bug though, and
 we'll reference it in the release notes.
