dashboard/

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. middle mouse click on row (not actual link)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect: review request is opened in new window/tab
see: review request is opened in current window/tab


What operating system are you using? What browser?
ubuntu, chrome

Because I do not have access to internet when I am working in the company,I  
have to use offline doc...
