What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I have a review board server on the host which can not access internet.
2.I want to upgrade to 1.7 release whenever the version formally released.
3.How can I upgrade the reviewboard since running the command easy_install
need to access internet?
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What operating system are you using? What browser?
