What version are you running?

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a review request and publish it
2. Upload a new diff but don't publish it
3. Click the link to view revision 1
4. Click the link to view the diff between revs 1 and 2.

The link's URL will be wrong. In the review I just made, it is:
https://reviewboard/r/180963/diff/[497975] diff r1-None/#index_header

What operating system are you using? What browser?
XP Pro x64, FF 3.6.10.
