I ran into this as well, just now.  While I realize the multiple repository  
problem may be a code smell, it is legacy.

What version are you running?
1.6.12

What's the URL of the page this enhancement relates to, if any?

Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
We have multiple libraries spanning several repositories. So, if we have an  
interface change which affects multiple libraries, we end up having to post  
multiple reviews. It would be nice if there was a good way to group the  
reviews together somehow, to say these are all related or review x  
depends on review y
