Hi Mana, 

Yes, it's feasable: in some ways this is how the Android port works, using 
libring and the JNI. 
So the best hint is to look at the Android port: 

GIT repository is here: 
https://gerrit-ring.savoirfairelinux.com/ring-client-android 

(look into app/src/main/jni/)
