I'm pleased to announce the release of version 3.1.0 of the RIPE Atlas
command-line tools, which allow you to use RIPE Atlas from the comfort
of your shell:

The changes for this release include:
* Improved probe-search and measurement-search, including
machine-readable "csv" and "tab" output formats
* --stream-timeout and --stream-limit added to measure command
In addition, this release depends on the new ripe-atlas-cousteau==2.0.0,
which uses the new WebSocket-based RIPE Atlas streaming API.
