Re: [SlimDevices: Ripping] How to separate two different equal named albums ?

2013-11-06 Thread Mushroom_3

I solved the problem by calling the 1968 album's artist Peter Green's
Fleetwood Mac as per the cover.

d6jg - I apologise profusely for insinuating you didn't like that
album!!

And I see I'm not the only one that didn't get Tusk.

Referring to The Fleetwood Mac Conundrum above.
An alternative fix would be to make the album artist of one of the
album's Fleetwood Crap - I shall leave you to decide which it should
be but I know where my money goes :)

The 1968 album is also known as the Dog Dustbin album. A solution???
It's certainly not carp to my ears!

Re: [SlimDevices: Ripping] Album Cover Size

Mp3tag has a %_cover_size% variable that you can assign to a column in
the file view on the right. Right-click the column headers, select
'Customize columns...' then define a new column with value and field
set to '%_cover_size%'. Check the box labeled 'Numeric'.

Then you can load your whole library and either sort by cover size, or
use a filter (F3) to find files with covers larger than some number.

That only seems to work if you have artwork embedded in each file -
unless I've missed something.

Goodness me I hope not. My wife got an iPod for Christmas and I have
had my first experience of this malware. To think Sony was criticised
for SonicStage.
