Re: [RDD] Major Problems

2019-12-30 Thread Jacob Niemand
Mark,

Here’s the way I do it:

I have one event in one clock that is scheduled in all my grids.

The one event:
The event “Music Import” has use hard start time checked and make next
selected.
Then under IMPORT has “from music” selected. Import carts scheduled 00:00
prior and 59:59 after. Imported carts have a “segue” transition

That is the one event in my one clock.

Rivendell will then make the “music import link” at the top of every hour
in the log the have a hard start time of the top of that hour with a make
next cue.

It works great for me!
Jake

Re: [RDD] Waveform Display Update

2019-12-03 Thread Jacob Niemand
We are using the Centos 7 appliance install and are on 3.2

I was going to rdexport -xml everything and then rdimport -xml everything,
but when using a few test files the ISRC and outcue on the cuts imported
incorrectly. They looked correct in the XML file, but seemed into import
incorrectly - ie the cut name imported to the ISRC and a single letter
imported to the outcue.

[RDD] Generate HTTP Get

2019-03-07 Thread Jacob Niemand
Howdy!

I was wondering if there is a way to put Rivendell Now and Next metadata
(actually just the now) into HTTP Get format. Example:
http://10.1.20.7:8100/?artist=%a=%t and so on.

I’m guessing a RML module and some other software is needed. I’d like to
be able to set the IP and port and http address string and have the chosen
Rivendell wildcards fill-in automatically. However, I’m not quite sure how
to do it.

[RDD] ISRC Now and Next

2019-02-20 Thread Jacob Niemand
Is there a wildcard to output the ISRC of a cut to the now and next RMLs?
I’d love to be able to send the ISRC along with the other metadata to my
stream host for logging and reporting.

Re: [RDD] RDXport / Recording Issues Centos7

2019-02-20 Thread Jacob Niemand
Have you disabled SELinux? I’ve had issues with it blocking RD Library
actions.

SELinux disable: su setenforce 0

/etc/selinux/config file to set the SELINUX parameter to disabled, and
then reboot the server.
