Problema ta nu este legata de semnul exclamarii ci de faptul ca nu specifici ca acel character care urmeaza dupa inceputul de linie s-ar putea sa apara de mai multe ori. Incearca cu # mailq | grep ^[0-9,A-F]\+\!
