I don't remember who was opposing idea of Jira-based changelogs, but IMO it's the way to go. Saves lots of time for the changelog writer, and makes sure no important stuff is missed. Sure, I created https://jira.reactos.org/browse/CORE-8531 I agree it's the way to go, I just still didn't get the reflex to it.
