 Hi,

As said in a previous post, I will push the ffmpeg update in rawhide
in few minutes despite some packages are still failing to catch the
 new ABI.
The reason is that some packages are already blocked by a dependency
 break (such as libudev).

When a package has built fine, it's hard to tell to bugreporter that
they need to wait for others packages to be fixed. (that they might
 not use).
So I hope it will be a better occasion for the the bug reporter to
help fixing packages they do use instead.

Here is a list of packages known to have ABI break with ffmpeg:
 acoustid-fingerprinter
 chromaprint-tools
 dvbcut
 dvdstyler
 ffmpegthumbnailer
 guvcview
 k3b-extras-freeworld
 kdemultimedia-extras-freeworld
 kmediafactory
 minidlna
 miro
 motion
 picard-freeworld
 xbmc
 xmms2-freeworld

 Nicolas (kwizart)

KDE team, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think
kdemultimedia-extras-freeworld was split (into ffmpegthumbs et al) and
thus can be retired.

[Bug 2414] New: Review Request: qtractor-freeworld - enable libmad MP3 support for qtractor

 Bug #: 2414
Summary: Review Request: qtractor-freeworld - enable libmad MP3
support for qtractor
Classification: Unclassified
   Product: Package Reviews
   Version: Current
  Platform: All
OS/Version: GNU/Linux
Status: NEW
  Severity: normal
  Priority: P5
 Component: Review Request
AssignedTo: rpmfusion-package-rev...@rpmfusion.org
ReportedBy: brendan.jones...@gmail.com

qtractor (Audio/MIDI multitrack sequencer) had existed with full MP3 support
for quite some time.

Qtractor has since been reviewed and accepted into Fedora main repositories
with MP3 support disabled.

Thanks to Oracan Ogetbil, we now have a patch which provides dynamic MP3 libmad
support. This package provides a shared library to utilize libmad if present.

also maintaining the Fedora qtractor base package

Already talked with upstream, they have a fix already, but need some
time for testing.
