I can resubmit the build (only with--skip-nvr-check) but koji complains:

This will conflict with users who currently have the existing Fedy repository
configured. We are not yet ready to transition to running Fedy within the
RPMFusion ecosystem.

Without meaning to offend, given the issues your users have reported after
_both_ of the last two Fedora releases, I'd think you'd want to shift them over
to an ecosystem with more resources available to provide support and timely
updates.

Are you saying the Fedy team is fully ready to PREVENT another repeat, when
Fedora 31 is released later this year?

We're willing to help keep things operating smoothly. Why not let us?

> Are you saying the Fedy team is fully ready to PREVENT another repeat, when
Fedora 31 is released later this year?

Not that it's relevant to the discussion at hand (whether or not RPMFusion
should package Fedy), but yes, a pipeline for F31 is already defined and being
tested before being made public.

To the matter at hand -- whether or not RPMFusion should package Fedy currently
-- the answer is a firm no, for the simple fact that existing Fedy users will
have conflicting package names, as they have both RPMFusion repositories
installed, and Fedy's repositories installed.

I'm 100% okay with onboarding more maintainers to Fedy, and offloading the
repository to RPMFusion, or COPR -- but this needs to be done in an appropriate
manner to avoid conflicts and issues.

This Bugzilla instance is configured in such a way that I'm able to; so I did,
because there are practical reasons _not_ to package it in RPMFusion currently,
as it will, by default, cause a naming conflict for most users.

> We will package whatever we like!

That's certainly a correct statement, and yes, the license is open source. I
would strongly recommend against doing this just yet, however.

 - You need a Requires: hicolor-icon-theme to own the icons directory

 - Appdata need to go into /usr/share/metainfo/ (aka %{_metainfodir}),
/usr/share/appdata is deprecated. Patch the install script and send the patch
upstream.
