The al-anvar includes Quran text in itself (I decided to exclude Quran text
from software but it became useless). Thereby its impossible to add al-anvar to
fedora repo, I gonna to continue add to rpmfusion procedure.

Just to clarify, religious texts are *not* allowed in Fedora, but software
which downloads and uses religious texts *is* allowed in Fedora. The sword
package doesn't include any Bibles, but on first use, it pops up a screen
asking you to download one.

If Al-Anvar doesn't actually include the Quran in the package (and there are no
licensing issues with the software), then it should be fine for Fedora.

Hi Noori,

Religious software is certainly allowed in Fedora; check out
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/name/sword

Upon a cursory examination, the al-anvar project is licensed under the GPLv3,
so I don't see any licensing problems either. Please open a regular review
request in Fedora's Bugzilla. If it turns out that there are issues with it
entering Fedora (for example, that the databases are declared to be non-free or
something), then you can always re-open this bug here at RPM Fusion.
