Sorry your package doesn't qualify for rpmfusion as it is eligible for Fedora
proper.

We would expect the same at rpmfusion as you need a sponsor, I certainly
wouldn't sponsor you after looking at your spec file.

I have to ask again, now after 2 years: Any chance to get this package into
rpmfusion? 

I would maintain it myself, in fedora if you want to maintain it yourself, you
have to review different packages as well. This is very time consuming, of
which I do not have a lot.

I could not find any maintainer in fedora, but still would like this package to
be conveniently accessible from fedora and rhel.

Unfortunately that is not an acceptable reason for inclusion in RPM Fusion. It
either must be a patent encumbering issue (free repository) like ffmpeg or free
software but not open source (non-free repository) like the nvidia binary
drivers. 

If a package is eligible for Fedora proper it must go there.
