If that's the case the review request should go to Fedora. Also, if that wasn't (or isn't) the case then it shouldn't be built or hosted on Fedora (including COPR). Some tips for the Fedora Review Request. 1. It's proper to post a link to the spec file, it can be on fedorapeople.org but it lets people look at it without having to download and unpack a SRPM. 2. The package should just be zimg, most RPM based systems don't use the Debian style of forcing a "lib" on the front.
