Rebuilt RT on this box,
installed Jesse’s CGI patch and got rid of the PERL error below.
Now two things happened:
When upgrading I got this error:
readline() on closed filehandle
SCHEMA_LOCAL at /opt/rt3/sbin/rt-setup-database line 192
Then while using RT, it is VERY
slow, and I get these errors: ( I flushed the Mason cache )

Any help would be appreciated,
for if this does not work, I need to put the RT 3.0.11 box back online.

Subject: RE: [rt-users] RT 3.6.1 Logging
Got RT logging working.
Seeing a lot of debug info, but
“appears” my issues lie with the
RT: DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Unknown column
'main.LookupType' in 'where clause'
Error.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I searched and searched before bothering the list members
with this.
Thanks
BF

Subject: [rt-users] RT 3.6.1 Logging
I cannot get RT to log any errors…… not sure why.
I followed early posts and Wiki / Internet instructions.
I “DO” get one PERL error:
RT: DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Unknown column
'main.LookupType' in 'where clause'
I did all the schema upgrades.
Is there a way to fix this on an in place Production
machine?
Regards,
Bob
