[rt-users] mandatory custom field

2009-11-13 Thread Alexandre PIASER
Hello

I have some custom fields (mandatory and optional).
I would differentiate between mandatory and optional fields. I would add
a mark or something else near mandatory fields.
Is it possible ?

Thanks,

[rt-users] new status

2009-10-26 Thread Alexandre PIASER
Hello,

I added a new status "validation_RS" .
   I added this line in my RT_SiteConfig.pm : Set(@ActiveStatus, qw(new
open validation_RS stalled));

   It works : I see it on rt but I can't use it.
When I try to change the ticket's status with this status, RT
doesn't want : it tells me "Bad value for status".
Don't i forget to do something ?

Thanks,
