[rt-users] Multiple owners for tickets
Hi Everybody, I'm subscribed for the list bout an year maybe, but this is my first post... So let's rock!! I have a simple issue about ticket ownership in RT4 (4.0.0). We need to attribute some tickets for two or more owners at the same time, depending on the type of job our field teams are asked to perform. Is it possible in some way??
