I actually used imap and it worked fine This is an education email account... but I believe it works with all gmail accounts. poll imap.gmail.com proto imap port 993: username user password pass ssl mda /path/to/perl /path/to/rt-mailgate --url http://url.to.rt --queue General --action correspond HTH Mike.
