This sounds like a bug that was fixed in 3.8.4 with IE, the RichText
editor and large blocks of copied text.  There are a bunch of other IE
bugs in those releases too.

history show lots of special characters

I cannot replicate this even when I try what they said they did.

Any ideas? I ignored the first ticket as oper error but I have gotten
