Kevin, Without knowing what you changed, it will be difficult to help. Do you keep notes on your changes? DO you backup your old RT_SiteConfig.pm file (like copying it under a diff name)? When making changes, try making them one at a time and then testing for all possible results. That way, it is easier to debug what might have gone wrong. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with my RT_SiteConfig.pm file, I had made some changes so that links in the tickets were showing up correctly.
