Kyle, When designing Reminders BP decided to use a Type of ticket rather than create another table. Since the process for a reminder was so similar to a ticket, it made good sense. It is a ticket record with the type = reminder. this also allows for it to be seen in queries separate from tickets. Hope this helps.
