Finally, a question I can answer... In Users, search for "annie" make sure to include disabled users, otherwise her name won't show up. select her name, and check the box "grant this user rights.." Search users for her email address .. Then edit the entry found for her details giving her the appropriate rights, privilege etc. You will be able to change the user name if you wish.
