Look at your RT_SiteConfig.pm for configuration variable $WebDomain. That was it! Thanks for all the quick responses. I actually hadn't moved the $WebDomain variable over to the RT_SiteConfig file at all and the default value in the RT_Config file is localhost. I never even thought about the RT config files. Thanks.
