Oracle Property Manager.  Client requirement is to record lease accounting
for Equipment / Property leases (as a Lessee) and to have out of the box

need to be migrated from Visual Lease to Oracle as a one-time conversion
effort. No history would be converted to Oracle and lease definitions in
Oracle are expected to work on go-forward basis.
No integrations to Oracle Property Manager are identified at this point and
the implementation is expected to be out of the box effort.  We need to
handle only from the Lessee side of accounting.  The journal entries should
be automatically booked to Local / US GAAP books.
