• Develop negotiation strategies for contracts. Partners with
stakeholders and on managing entire life cycle of Contracts, including but
not limited to: Preparing RFP’s, negotiating business terms of Master
Service Agreements, Statements of Work, including services to be provided,
functionalities to be delivered, timetable and milestones for payment.

• Partners with Legal team to negotiate contracts and resolve
contract disputes.



*Work Experience and Education Requirements:*

• 8+ years of Procurement experience in addition to
demonstration of the following skills: experience in supplier negotiations,
supplier relationship management, team building, e-procurement, inventory
management, project management, contract development and management.

• Previous experience with Oracle and e-procurement suites, a
plus.

• Strong PC skills. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong analytical and administrative skills and superb
negotiation skills to interface with suppliers and internal management

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

• Must be a known expert in the category or commodity: Must
have excellent knowledge of not only the category, but how it fits into an
overall business strategy.

• Ability to define strategies at category level, establish
vendor relationship guidelines and expectations.

• Extensive experience with financial systems that support the
procurement function

• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and

   - Fircosoft support with troubleshooting capabilities followed by
   attending daily sprint calls, sync call, status meetings or migration
   calls. – Can be trained
   - Mulesoft Migration/Deployments from Jenkins, API manager, Load
   Balancer, VPC and VPN setup
   - Troubleshoot Mule issues in production and non-production as needed,
   provide RCA.
   - Monitor logs and different Jenkins setup for mule 3 and mule 4
   applications.
   - Join tech calls, customer meetings for support activity.
   - Should be able to work independently.
   - Should be ready to work in night shifts.
   - Should be ready to work on-call during weekends and holidays based on
   roster.
   - Provide UAT, deployment, disaster recovery support.
   - Well versed in tasks required to provide high availability and
   failover for environments.
   - Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various
   experience level.
   - Perform technical analysis as directed by the client team
   - Follow all required company policies and standards relating to
   client's system development Life Cycle and Change Management Control
   - Assist Project Manager in preparing estimates for assigned tasks
   - Main focus will be on Mulesoft admin areas including JBOSS, Tomcat and
   Fircosoft but good to learn Mulesoft development also.
