1. BS or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems
Engineering or Mathematics.

2. 8+ years IT experience in software development or architecture.

3. Min. 4+ years of BPM / workflow implementation experience in any of the
leading BPM products

4. Min 1+ years of Camunda implementation experience

5. Min 4+ years web development using HTML / CSS / JavaScript and Angular
9+, Bootstrap, Sass, Git, NodeJS, Typescript, RxJS or other advanced
JavaScript skills

6. Strong background in implementation of BPMN solutions; with technical
experience in the financial services industry preferred

7. Implementation and domain expertise in BPMN, Software Engineering and
Solution Architecture

8. Experience in BPM and DMN tools (preferably Camunda/ Alfresco Activiti),
Expression Language and Form.io, Java programming language and OOD

9. Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working on agile projects
– POD/Squad/..

10. Experience in business process improvement or business process
re-engineering projects – solution design / test automation / collaboration

11. Experience with financial services in an operations or technology role
is a plus

12. Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure) is a plus.

13. Excellent written and oral communication skills

14. Problem solving / critical thinking skills

15. Able to understand and write requirements, stories in Agile way
