Communication with Business users related to resolving queries obtain
clarifications and providing updates- Setup Business bridge calls to update
status of Critical incidents / Outages- Follow up with internal and
external stakeholders (Customer and Vendor liaison) to progress tickets to
resolution.

Service Management:- Responsible for the project tasks assigned- Initiate

● Extensive experience developing User Interfaces for mobile applications
● Good knowledge of Swift and Objective C
● Experience building robust and responsive UI using SwiftUI and
iOS/Android UI best practices
● Significant experience interacting with and/or designing and implementing
RESTful APIs
● Proven software architecture experience. Passion for writing clean,
maintainable, and testable code at both the UI and system levels
● Strong understanding of iOS/Android performance analysis and optimization
