Strong focus on end-user support, ticket management, IT process management,
technical leadership

Day to day support and maintenance for B2BI and MFT

Evaluate logical views, data hierarchies, integrations and reporting

Assist users with problems and resolves issues independently, strong

The Salesforce Automation Tester will work as a member of our project team
developing a suite of software applications on Salesforce.com platform.
Work as a key member of the delivery team to understand requirements and
identify, plan, design and develop tests for functional testing that will
enable the team to quickly deliver quality solutions using agile
development and testing practices.

*Responsibilities:*

   - Perform functional testing, integration testing and regression testing.
   - Automate functional tests as part of the sprint-level testing
   activities.
   - Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and
   technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential
   system implications related to Salesforce release upgrades.
   - Participate in user story mapping, sprint planning, estimation and
   feature walk-throughs.
   - Document any defects found during the daily testing activities and
   track them until they are resolved.
   - Participate in monthly release activities and in post release support

   Selinium Webdriver,Cucumber, Junit, Jasmine, Karma, etc.
   - Minimum 3 years of experience with development and scripting languages

   implementations).
   - Minimum 2 years of experience in maintaining CI/CD with tools like
   Docker, Jenkins,Github etc
   - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field applicable to
