The Quality Assurance team is responsible for testing Functional/Business
Requirements within multiple applications to ensure the full and correct
linkage and integrity of data and functionality

Azure Cloud Programmer/Engineer to act as consultant with the PSDC
Solutions Management group. This person will be part of the team working

*Role Description: *



   - Design, Develop and support Cloud-Native applications and API

   Azure Service bus, API Management, Logic Apps and Azure Functions)
   - Experience with Docker, Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, or factor app.

*Job Title: Peoplesoft Functional Lead (HCM)*

*Location: **Chelsea, MA*

*Duration: 12 Months*


The incumbent of this position supports a number of enterprise
applications. The selected candidate will perform activities related to the
analysis, design, testing, maintenance, and support of the HRCMS - Human
Resources/Compensation Management System, an Oracle/PeopleSoft HR and
Payroll application.


*Responsibilities:*

   - Configure, Design, support development of enhancements to Peoplesoft
   HCM application.
   - Stay abreast of the new releases of Images, tax updates and patches.
   - Present new features delivered to the project governance board.
   - Independently work on tasks end to end, take ownership from Design to
   Production migration including communication to various teams
   - Handle all customer requests promptly within the organization’s SLA.
   - Ensure that products conform to Section 508 Accessibility requirements.
   - Provide support to Business analysts in production support or new
   functionality fit-gap sessions.
   - Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure development,
   configuration and implementation is consistent with user specifications and
   perform follow-up as required.
   - Advise Management on administrative and operating problems pertaining
   to system administration and management.
   - Participate in all phases of application test scripting and testing.
   - Provide best practice and approach to implementing new functionality.
   - Ensure that the scheduled migrations are accurate and timely.
   - Train the FTE Staff in the new features

*Qualifications:*


   - Required 7+ years of Experience in Peoplesoft HCM Implementations
   - Required 4+ years of leading business fit-gap session and requirements
   development.
   - Expert in providing demos of new features and functionality.
   - Expert in operationalizing the new features and work with developers
   in automation
   - Extend training of the changes to the existing or new functionality to
   FTE* Staff *
   - Possess excellent communication and documentation skills
