JOB TITLE: SCRUM MASTER/ RELEASE TEST MANAGER
LOCATION: PHOENIX, AZ
DURATION: CONTRACT AND FULLTIME BOTH.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* 10+ yrs. experience in Testing organization with 3+ YRS. EXPERIENCE
AS SCRUM MASTER/RELEASE TEST MANAGER.
* Banking domain background is must, Amex experience is preferred.
* 5+ Hands on experience working on test planning, coordination and
status reporting of projects from initiation to implementation.
* Expertise in Developing and execution of project test plans with
milestones and ensures that the scope and approach are fully
understood by all stakeholders.
* Knowledge to provide guidance and subject matter expertise to
engineers on Automation, Testing and QA processes, assists in
preparation of test strategies including test data and test
environment.
* Expertise in the review process of user story backlog and
requirements specifications and provides recommendations Plans and
defines testing approach.
* Hands on experience managing the definition, implementation, and
integration of quality principles into the design and development of
software and IT processes for the team.
* 5+ years’ experience in Design, monitoring, and analysis of
testing quality metrics such as defect, defect counts, test results,
and test status.
* Good knowledge on automation tools like SELENIUM/UFT AND should be
able to determine the need, selection and implementation of Automation
tools.
* Must have good knowledge on SDLC and QA process and should we well
versed with agile testing reporting tools like RALLY, JIRA, ALM,
CLARITY, SHAREPOINT, CONFLUENCE ETC.
* Must have active CSM AND SAFE AGILEST CERTIFICATION.
