Description:

Overall facilitation, communication, organization, negotiation, planning in
support of the 1 PO and 3 developers.  In addition, work with other POs and
scrum teams on the CPF train to support their needs or requirements form the
connect4 team.  The Connect4 team is an enablement team (ie, delivers data
and integration needs to other teams that consume that data to deliver user
features. 

Coach and guide in agile/scrum practices. 

Facilitate SAFe ceremonies throughout the PI 

Attend the CPF Architecture Runway in support the PO and backlog refinement

 

Must Have:

Excellent facilitation skills

Clear oral and written communication

Ability to Self-Organization

Good negotiation skills

Ability to plan and forecast the number of deliverables possible in a PI
iteration

Ability to work with a cross-functional team with different and sometimes
difficult personalities

Knowledge of SAFe and SCRUM

Self-motivated and a team player to help and guide the team to remove
impediments by connecting with the right individuals

Ability to Manages interdependencies between agile teams. Leads daily
scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement

 

Nice to Have:

Technical (Azure, API, integration, .net, Angular, Ansible roles) acumen
