*Roles & Responsibilities :*
- Lead POD Team
- Co-Ordinate with Scrum Team and finalize the Scrum Plan
- Assign and Track the deliverables as per the Sprint Plan
- Raise any Risk / Issues impacting Sprint Delivery
- Collaborate with the respective stakeholders and come up with mitigation
plan for any Risk / Issues identified
- Co-Ordinate with for Lessons Learned at the end of every Sprint
- Should be having good communication
- Experience in handling client requirement gathering & understanding
- Good experience in coordinating with offshore team Leadership & client
- Manage Escalation
- Prepare status report and plan track and monitor the project progress
- Prepare Project Plan
- Identify risk and prepare mitigation and contingency plan
