*Responsibilities:*

   - The Scrum Master Lead will have the overall responsibility of
   facilitating and guiding cross-functional teams in executing projects using
   the principles of Agile development.
   - Utilize requirements tools and track progress with JIRA
   - Conduct daily scrum stand-up meetings, facilitating Sprint planning
   meetings and coordinating Sprint reviews, retrospectives, and burn-down
   charts
   - Identify and remove impediments from sprints and projects to ensure
   on-time completion
   - Develop user stories, including facilitation, prioritization, and
   negotiation with business sponsors, stakeholders, project sponsors, product
   owners, and development teams
   - Developing metrics and reports for tracking sprint, project, and
   overall program execution
   - Create and maintain requirements documentation, including business
   process flows, functional specifications, use cases, test plans, and
   supplementary specifications


*Qualifications:*

   - Bachelor's degree with eight (8) or more years of relevant experience
   in an Enterprise IT environment, certifications must be achieved within
   three (3) months after contract award:
   - Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification
   - Experience with requirements tools and tracking (e.g. JIRA)
   - Active DHS clearance highly desired. Ability to attain is required.

*2)Role: Sr. Dot Net developer or Lead*

*Location: Richmond VA*

*Description:*

This person will act as Team Lead (25%) and develop code as Senior
Developer (75%) with a team of 3 to 5 developers using Scrum in an ASP.NET
<http://asp.net/> MVC5 environment to develop applications and application
components according to architecture and design specifications to deliver
line-of-business functionality for both internal VDACS users and citizens
of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Team Lead experience is required. Candidates that do not have this
experience clearly reflected on their resume will not be considered.

*Required:*

•  Demonstrated experience leading a team of developers producing adaptive,
interactive customer facing web applications using Bootstrap, CSS, JQuery,
and JavaScript

•  Experience coordinating development efforts with external vendors
delivering API and application based services

*SKILLS /EXPERIENCE Required:*

•  Substantial experience developing production web business applications
using Microsoft ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> MVC with the Razor view engine

•   Advanced skills in application development with ASP .NET Web API, and
experience implementing Web API security

•   Extensive skill in using C# is required, including considerable
experience in object-oriented programming

•   Experience developing adaptive, interactive

•   Demonstrated experience utilizing secure web application development
best practices

•   Experience mentoring less-knowledgeable development staff

•   Ability to analyze, design, implement, and maintain IT applications and
databases; to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; and to
organize, monitor and prioritize work and projects

*Preferred:*

• Experience and knowledge using TFS 2017 for source control

• Experience working in an agile development process, particularly with
Scrum

• Experience working with Oracle 12.0 or SQL Server databases

• Familiarity with IIS 8.5

• Experience developing reports using Oracle BI Publisher.



*3)Role: Java Frontend Lead*

*Location: Richmond, VA*

*Duration: Long Term*

*Minimum Experience: 10+ Years*
*Basic Qualifications:*

·  At least 12+ years of experience developing front end technologies:
Angular JS, Node JS, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML 5, or CSS, Rest
API/Microservices, AWS, Junit.

·  Need specific attention to Java threading and creating high performance
API's.

·  At least 5 year of experience in Application Development: Java, JEE,
Spring, Go, or Lua

·  Minimum 1 year of experience in one of Cloud technologies: AWS.

·  4+ years of experience developing RESTful APIs

·  2+ years of experience in developing UNIX and Shell Scripts

·  2+ years of experience in Container orchestration frameworks:
Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, or Amazon ECS

·  2+ years of experience with Arti factory, Nexus and GitHub.
