Location – Coppell, TX Start date: Monday, April 20th or 27th Duration – 12+ months Note: look for 8+ years Business Analyst and at least 2-3+ years of recent exp with Banking and Financial Domain within Mortgage (Home Loans) Area !! Responsibilities: • Utilize change control procedures and processes • Determine and translate business requirements into solutions • Define comprehensive requirements for system and process enhancements and changes • Document reports and obtain approval • Create and maintain reports and dashboards • Perform testing on processes / applications including test planning, test execution, management of defect remediation, and documentation of test results • Work with colleagues, clients, and vendors to interpret, exchange, and/or document administrative and technical information • Work independently with minimal direct supervision; prioritize multiple objectives and initiatives; and exercise independent judgment to obtain optimal results • Work significant and/or unique issues where analysis of data requires the evaluation of intangibles • Share information willingly when appropriate; recognize confidential information and handle with discretion • Typical daily work tasks Minimum Requirements: • Banking and Financial Domain experience is mandatory • Experience should be more than 8 years • Strong business analyst experience • Experience in working with multiple teams in an onshore/offshore model • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to conduct workshops, requirement sessions at client location. • Knowledge of Software Design, & Software Requirements etc. • Demonstrates ability to analyze information <https://idctechnologies.com/> Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: cid:image001.png@01D55BED.58225740 Deependra Kumar | Senior Technical Recruiter IDC Technologies Inc.
