We got out-coached. Still, BAMA played OU a much better game than they did last year. Last night BAMA lined up and went toe-to-toe with OU. Last year, BAMA had to resort to trick plays to keep it close. Last night, OU was the one resorting to a trick play which ultimately won the game for them IMO. All things considered, I really believe we have a better team this year, than last. I haven't looked at the final stats, but I'll bet BAMA was mighty close to OU in all categories except turnovers last night. Roll Tide!! I heard them give the stats last night we were close, but close doesn't count. We should have won the game. Snake said over over again after the game that he thought the reason we lost was because we did not take care of our QB. I don't like losing I never will. I'm not a damn bit happy about losing. However, some losses are easier to take than others. Last night is a good example of a loss that I didn't lose any sleep over. I disagree. He is one of the reasons I love football so much. I was a Dolphin fan starting as a youngster (yes, that was many years ago). IMO, he was the BEST. He has earned the right to the air time I think it's great that he is supporting his son because he never got to watch him play ball. We may need to lay off Papa Shula. He will more likely than not be an asset to the University of Alabama whn all is said and done. Coach Shula is doing a good job so far, let's give him a chance. I am far more tickled to be talkin about Papa Shula attending his son's games at BAMA than I ever would have been to be talkin about Papa Bowden; and much rather think of CMS receiving advice from him than Diddy.
