[sage-devel] JupyterCon - Call for Proposals

2017-03-07 Thread Sylvain Corlay
Hi all,

The first official Jupyter conference will be held on August 22-25th 2017
in New York City.

If you have an intriguing case study, deep technical knowledge to share
about Jupyter's internals, a useful extension, or a provocative idea for
new development, we'd love to hear from you.

The CFP deadline for talk proposals is Tuesday, March 14th. We encourage
you to submit a talk for consideration. Whether you are a first-time
speaker or an experienced speaker, your work and ideas are valuable. We're
here to help you submit your talk proposal today :-)

We'll be holding office hours to answer questions today (Tuesday March 7)
from 9am to noon (Pacific/California time). Join us on the Jupyter Gitter
channel: https://gitter.im/jupyter/jupyter

People should feel free to leave questions on the Gitter channel during
non-office hours too.

Best,

Sylvain
