Logged out successfully. Logged back in successfully. I could retype my comment (paste it in fact), but the ticket got locked as soon as I tried to preview it. Unfortunately, it still doesn't work for me. I cleared my browser cache, but that didn't help. Still have some trouble with #17852. As soon as the Submit changes is more than just switching the ticket status.
